Covid Booster Shots or Vaccine Dose #3
For information on when you are eligible to book your 3rd dose of Covid vaccine, please click here. If you have a child age 5-11 years old, you can register them now to get their Covid vaccines as soon as they become available. The third dose appears to offer added protection for the Omicron variant. We encourage you to register them as soon as possible.
In-Office Visits
We are slowly beginning to see more and more of you back in the office. Please continue to wear a mask when visiting our clinic. Do not enter the clinic if you have any cold-like symptoms without discussing with a staff member first. We will offer you a medical mask at your visit if you do not have one. If you have symptoms of Covid-19 and need to be tested, first use the BC Self-Assessment Tool, and then call 1-844-901-8442 to schedule a test.
New Fees for Forms and Letters
In the past several months, our office has been inundated with requests for letters, work notes, disability forms, and insurance forms. We always try to get the forms back to you in a timely manner, but please note that these are services that are not covered by MSP and that your doctors are using their own personal time to complete this paperwork. All forms have associated fees, depending on the type of form, as set by the BC Medical Association. You may find a list of fees for Uninsured Services on our website under Resources.
