We strive to provide the best possible care and ensure a safe environment for all patients and staff. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly request you thoroughly read and agree to the following:

  • Please treat our staff with respect and courtesy whether in person or over the phone. Our workplace has an obligation to keep our team safe from workplace harassment or violence, including verbal abuse.

  • Any behaviour judged to be abusive, threatening, disruptive, aggressive or intimidating, infringing on the dignity or respect of person, be it physically, verbally, or in writing towards any member of our team will be documented in your permanent medical record and will result in immediate discharge as a patient from Arbutus Family Medicine.
